Too many second home buyers realize too late that a long drive to civilization with gas, last minute shopping and difficult road access really is a big negative to enjoying their mountain property and also resale values so choose views, shopping convenience and convenient access to mountain amenities and activities.
Great Winter Access - See Breakaway Village ski slope view at the left. For winter driving, the 4 mile easy drive off the interstate has a very gradual grade without the twisting, narrow roads and high mountain gaps that can make other locations very difficult in our frequent winter snow storms.
